7.5. You also have the right, under the applicable legislation, to request the limitation of the processing or portability of your data, subject to the conditions legally established. To this end, you must submit a request for the above contacts.
7.6. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the customer is entitled to lodge a complaint with the CNPD or other competent control authority in accordance with the law if she/he considers that her/his data is not subject to legitimate treatment by the CCSSG, in accordance with the applicable legislation and this Policy.
8. THE USE OF THE VALETEL’S WEBSITE AND PLATFORMS
8.1. This Personal Data Protection Policy applies in full to all users of Valetel's website and Platforms.
8.2. Valetel is aware that the sending of personal information is a major concern for Customers who use the Internet.
